Urban development project of several lots with a total area of approximately 5.7 hectares within the Pasto urban area. It provides space for six superlots with a buildable area of over 340,000 m², which will allow for the construction of between 2,100 and 2,300 homes, a shopping centre and numerous green areas. The homes will be stratum 2 and most will also comply with the requirements to be classified as social housing, although the consolidation of the area will also allow for the construction of stratum 3 housing.
